My wife and I recently purchased a newly built home, built by PJ Williamson & Son, which we are delighted with. The house has been built to an extremely high standard, using top quality materials, fixtures and fittings. Everyone that visits, including friends that are in the industry, have commented about the high quality finish!

Having met Terry, the company owner, several times before completing the purchase of the new house, he went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy, and did all that he could to ensure that the transaction completed smoothly. Since completing the purchase, and moving in to the house, Terry has continued to give a first class service, going out of his way to ensure that we remain happy! he even provided a tin of paint so that we could touch up the walls after the removal people left!

Terry has provided us with a very detailed, and well organized Home Owner Pack, giving instructions on how everything works from the underfloor heating to the burglar alarm, however he has always been at the end of the phone to answer any questions, which we have really appreciated! Usually with new build homes, there is a big list of snagging to be dealt with, and whilst we have had one or two very minor snags, Terry has sent a member of his team over to address quickly and with minimal disruption. The members of the team that we have met, have all been polite, efficient and very clean and tidy, and are clearly used to working to very high standards.

Having had bad experiences with builders in the past, Terry has restored our faith, and I cannot fault the quality of work, or the level of service provided, both are first class!

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend PJ Williamson and Son to anyone.
